Daniel’s Roofing was founded in 2015 by Daniel, a Polish-born Navy veteran who came to America as a child with a deep appreciation for hard work and opportunity. After serving in the United States Navy and earning his degree from Polk Community College in Florida, Daniel spent years in the roofing industry before launching his own company. For over a decade he built Daniel’s Roofing on a simple foundation: show up, do the job right, and treat people the way you’d want to be treated.
In 2022, Anthony Yates took ownership of the company and brought a fresh chapter to that same story. Born and raised in Southeast Missouri, Anthony’s background in nursing taught him the importance of compassion, attention to detail, and earning trust – qualities that translate surprisingly well from healthcare to roofing. What started as a passion for home renovation and real estate investment grew into a calling, and Anthony has spent the past three years expanding Daniel’s Roofing into Texas while keeping the integrity and craftsmanship the company was built on at the core of everything they do.

Daniel’s Roofing serves homeowners and businesses within approximately 45 miles of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, including: Jackson, Sikeston, Perryville, Poplar Bluff, Farmington, Dexter, Marble Hill, Benton, Portageville, and Advance.
Our Texas team serves the Rio Grande Valley: including McAllen, Brownsville, Harlingen, Edinburg, Mission, Pharr, and Weslaco.

Born and raised in Southeast Missouri, Anthony brings a background in healthcare, construction, and community service to his role leading Daniel's Roofing. Since taking ownership in 2022 he has expanded the company into Texas while maintaining the honest, quality-first approach that has defined Daniel's Roofing for two decades.
Daniel Polanczyk
Founder
Born in Poland and raised with a deep appreciation for American opportunity, Daniel learned the value of hard work early, mowing lawns and helping neighbors before he could drive. After serving in the United States Navy, he earned his associate's degree from Polk Community College in Florida. In 2003, when three hurricanes struck the area within two weeks, Daniel saw a community in urgent need and stepped up and that's how Daniel's Roofing was born. For over 20 years he has remained committed to one thing: providing honest, reliable solutions that help people protect what matters most.
Kaleb Webb

Born and raised in Southeast Missouri, Kaleb has spent nearly a decade building and leading high-performing sales teams, helping multiple individuals reach six-figure incomes along the way. With a deep passion for entrepreneurship and community, he leads from the front, bringing out the best in the people around him. Kaleb is committed to making a meaningful impact not just in business, but in the lives of everyone he works with.
Zane Taylor
- Project Manager
Zane grew up working on ranches and spent five years managing logistics in the oilfields before joining Daniel's Roofing. Now based in Uniontown, Missouri, he oversees crew scheduling, material ordering, and day-to-day production operations with an emphasis on safety, quality, and efficiency.
